Our Peacemaking and Social Justice Ministry Team actively studies issues and helps to educate the congregation and the community. Periodically, we engage in letter-writing campaigns and other direct action to advocate for needed changes in laws and public policy. We occasionally host candidate forums before local elections to encourage our members and neighbors to be good citizens, investigate important issues, and be involved in government.
